Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 3:55 PM ET) -- A woman who brought a class action targeting Hospira Inc. for ceasing production of an injectable form of vitamin A has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Eleventh Circuit's ruling that the drug's sole manufacturer had no special duty to supply it.
